i was so tempted to on the com,
but i persevered and change to television.
its the same.. haha.
today, i on the com because i have some
serious stuff to do, real serious..
i was late for 3weeks, not handing up a compo xD
it was for a competition,
and we are to hand in for draft 2.
tml was the due date, haha.
the due date is always changing,
because lazy people like me won't hand up.

coming back to the temptation..
everyday back home,
i have 101 reasons for me to on the com.
but i know, its all from the tempter.
i don't want to disobey my parents
and mess up again.. even though i am always in a mess. =.=
but now i really need the com, yeah!

and i realise that i am blogging now,
NOT DOING MY COMPO!! arhh..
i will tell you about my week on sunday..
this week many things happened.
can't wait to know? you still have to wait. haha!

The environment and me

Earthquake, wildfire, flood, hurricane, landslide, thunderstorm, tsunami… We said that these are natural disasters. However, if we were to link back to the source of what causes these naturally occurring events, it could be us.

I live in Singapore, the famous red dot, maybe that’s the reason I yearn to go back to the environment. I believe that my country is a vibrant country that many people would like to live in, the place where was recognised as clean and green. But, if humans were to leave Singapore, will it be greener? No more work, no more harmful smoke, not more chemicals realised to the sea and the harm we do to our environment will be stop. I don’t call natural disasters, natural disasters, I call them manmade disasters. We know that the things we do, do harm the environment in everyway. In order to suit our needs and our desires, we take the environment for granted. It is free anyway! And people start to take these ‘free gifts’ just to earn more money and enjoy life. All the things that we, humans, created are temporary, but the environment will not be back if we destroy it. It may not be us, but after generations of ‘environment killers’, the Earth will start to rot. And we will start to find 101 ways to ‘save the Earth’, but it is too late.

I always imagine myself living in a place where I can see the real Earth, even if I were to do more work, I do not mind! I feel bad for people who are not ebbing the environment away, but were the ones suffering for the wages of our sinful acts. They does not depend on themselves, like us, they depend on the weather to survive. They could not control the environment and they started to seek different gods. They could only depend on their gods to change the weather. I am so irritated by this situation, because I know that these effects were cause by us! The problem was not how faithful they were to their gods, but its how cruel we are..

I know that nobody would love to read this, because truth hurts. The truth is that we are the cause of these so-called natural disasters. And we need to wake up and start to do something beneficial eternally, not temporary. The environment belongs to us and we have to treasure it. It is not about you, but we, the environment and me.
