if you ask, i say, the picture on top is SALMON!
ok, i am a salmon lover.. haha
actually i gain the courage to eat it when i was in my primary school days.
people are eating raw fish! thats my first encounter.
i was so shock. i thought its for bbq or what.
but no, they just eat it raw! xD

i was too over in my words,
but that was how i feel when i first saw sashimi...
salmon was much more common for me.
but after loving salmon, i tried tuna, squid, octupus, shrimp, saba etc.
saba is quite scary.. so, not so often. cause it is white in colour. haha.
then i found out that there is hamachi (yellow tail) and fugu(puffer fish) sashimi.
this two is rare for me. haha. i don't dare to try fugu if i have a chance.

iyo, quite lame leh.. why am i blogging about a fish? haha.
i remember ordering 6 plates of salmon during lunch with chruch friends.
then for the first time this year, dad cooked salmon head..

he just put some ginger and salt on the head and steam it.
ahhh.. it was so nice! i love it. you can really taste the soft meat.
my neighbour also cooked salmon head for us.
she cooked salmon curry head for once and tried salmon tomyum head for twice.
today, i blog about salmon is because i just ate the tomyum salmon yesterday!

salmon really have lots of fats! haha
they are not fatty fish, but they need the fats to survive.
nice salmons are caught at cold waters.
they don't have jacket to buy, so they have more fats.
thats why salmon have lines on the sashimi.
the white lines are the fats!! =D
i am teaching fish now =.=

the fats on its head are quite new to me.
i convinced myself about fish oil.
which people always give children to eat.
my mum also said that it is good for health.
my brother didnt really want to eat.. haha

for those who haven't tried sake(salmon),
you should!! must!! haha.
i thnk that you should give yourself a chance to taste good food.
haha, and you will go chasing for it.

but.. still, once is not enough.
i didn't tried once to love it.
i hate is at the start.
so, maybegive yourself 5 more chances? haha!

anyway, its your life.
live it to the fullest! (even in eating)
now you know why i am fat. xD

The happiness of life is made up of minute fractions—the little soon-forgotten charities of a kiss, a smile, a kind look, a heartfelt compliment in the disguise of a playful raillery, and the countless other infinitessimals of pleasurable thought and genial feeling.
