Its crazy!

I actually went back to work in the F&B area. Im always phobia to F&B related stuff already. After being a cashier for BugerKing, i really hated doing anything that is related to food.

Still, i decided to take up his job, since my mum wanted me to work. My cousins and friends were already inside. I knew 5 of them, including my 2 cousins and 2 schoolmates and 2 YI member! well, a schoolmate can also be a YI member right? keee.

Seafood Paradise restaurant @flyer

first day was just lame. really ding some auntie work. ha. since she was on leave, i took her job in transferring used plates in and taking clean plates out. well, i have to dry them too. super slack.

On my 2nd day of work, i drop the whole tray of dessert on the carpeted floor. T^T Thats really scary! when everyone turn their head to look at the source of the sound, im pickin up those surviving glass bowls.

'Don't use your hand!! Don't use your hand.." thank God i have caring people working with me man. well, im not dumb, hahaa. im just picking up good nice glass bowls, im not gonna touch those tt were destroyed. Although its crazy for me, but my face remain calm and my brain function really well :] i clean up the floor in no time and started serving other customers. i think im dead.

but well, they said dropping food is very common in any restaurant. Im not being scolded or anything. haha. Nobody mention anything, except for me (a noob in F&B).

On my 3rd day of work, im kinda freakout, when the whole restaurant is FULL!! LOL. really really full man. Im lost, really lost. I really don't know what i should do and the same time i need to help them! which means, im doing it in my own way, rather than their way. Im only trained for 2 days, what am i suppose to do urh? well, best was.. i din't drop anything. but i still feel that my service doesn't worth what theyre paying.

Most of the time, food we keep would be a whole big plate of left overs. Even so, we should always throw them away. (thats the rule) BUT WHEN FOOD WAS BROUGHT TO THE WASHIGN AREA, I SAW SOME OF THEM ACTUALLY EAT IT!! thats really gross. When we are clearing up, we put all the rubbish and mix all the food in one big plate. then discard them tgr. BUT THEY ACTUALLY EAT IT FROM THAT PLATE! best. LOL. If caught, we are suppose to pay for the whole plate. theyre crazy.

my second freakout was that this angmor keeps starring at me. Im sure he was starring at me. im so sure. i went to the table, walk pass the table and even 3 tables away from him. HE IS STARING. He wasn't listening to what his friends were talking about man. BTW, 2 of his friends were Singaporeans.

The happiness of life is made up of minute fractions—the little soon-forgotten charities of a kiss, a smile, a kind look, a heartfelt compliment in the disguise of a playful raillery, and the countless other infinitessimals of pleasurable thought and genial feeling.
